The wellbeing of our employees is really important to us. The information on this page will take you to our Employee Assistance Programme and to a range of other resources which can support your wellbeing.

Health Assured provide our Employee Assistance Programme which is available to you and your immediate family members (legal partner and children aged 18-24 in full time education residing in the same household), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Life Support

Unlimited access to counselling for emotional problems.

Legal information

For any issues that cause anxiety or distress including debt management, accountancy, lawsuits, consumer disputes, property or neighbour legalities.

Bereavement Assistance

Health Assured offers qualified and experienced counsellors who can help with grief and related stress plus a team of legal advisors to help with legal issues.

Medical information

Qualified nurses are on hand to offer advice on a range of medical or health related issues. They can’t diagnose but can offer a sympathetic ear and practical information and advice.

CBT Online

A range of CBT self-help modules, informative factsheets and advice videos from leading qualified counsellors.

In addition to the helpline there are a range of wellbeing resources and webinars available to you.

All communication with Health Assured is confidential

The Wisdom App is our health and wellbeing platform.

It complements the confidential telephone helpline and provides an enhanced set of wellbeing tools and resources to improve physical and mental health.

Mind provide advice and support to anyone experiencing mental health issues
